How to stake your ADA (₳)
Delegate your ADA, Stake it to build the Cardano Network
Earn Rewards and Become Part of the Cardano Journey
Staking or Delegation is how ADA holders delegate ADA from their wallets to a stake pool.
It allows ADA holders to participate in the Cardano network and be rewarded in proportion to the amount of stake delegated.

When Do I Get My Rewards?
An Example Of The Ada Rewards Schedule:
In this example, you see the first rewards in the beginning of Epoch 290
The payment schedule is the same for all Cardano Pools, as the payment of rewards is handled 100% by the protocol itself. Pool operators have zero influence on the payments – Stake Pools simply make the blocks, and the protocol of the Cardano network does the rest.
